About Shaun Manning

Shaun's focus is on residential real estate in Fairfield, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and the surrounding counties. Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Shaun is also Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified. Before delving into real estate, Shaun was an Analyst in the finance industry for about twenty years.

Now a Westchester resident for more than two decades, Shaun grew up in Cobleskill, NY, a historic town between Cooperstown and Saratoga. During her four years at SUNY Oneonta, Shaun achieved two Bachelors Degrees; her studies ranged from mathematics and chemistry to studio art and photography. From there, she moved to Manhattan to join "Corporate Americaā€¯ and continued her Masters Studies at New York University.

While Shaun enjoys writing, traveling, and photography, her passions lie, not only in helping people to find the perfect home but also in spending time with her husband and two sons (one dog and three cats).
